EZO Plumbing and Heating Ltd is growing across the West Midlands, East Midlands and London. We're looking for reliable self-employed plumbers and heating engineers who want steady work, clear communication and customers who are looked after properly.

- You're comfortable sending quick photos and short notes after a job.
- You turn up when you say you will – or you let people know if something changes.

We agree call-out and hourly / half-hourly rates up front. You focus on the work – we focus on bringing in the right kind of jobs.
What you need to work with EZO
Must-haves
- Own tools, PPE and a suitable vehicle.
- Public liability insurance (and gas tickets if applicable).
- Right to work in the UK and ability to invoice for your work.
- Good spoken English – you'll be dealing directly with customers and tenants.
Good to have
- Experience with emergency callouts and leak tracing.
- Photos of previous work or any online reviews.
- Flexibility to cover occasional evening or weekend jobs (paid accordingly).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp to share updates and photos.
